Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging, with tags and labels attached (if applicable).
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@Picklo.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
✅ Free returns are available for all orders, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are refunded in full (we offer free shipping and returns).
If your refund is delayed or missing, please:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your payment provider.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@Picklo.shop.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or services (if applicable)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at Support@Picklo.shop and we’ll arrange everything for you at no cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Support@Picklo.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
