Refund Policy

At Picklo, we sell digital software license keys delivered electronically. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the license key has been delivered, except in the cases outlined below.


Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

• The license key provided is invalid or not working
• The product cannot be activated despite following the provided instructions
• Our support team is unable to resolve the issue

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The license key has already been activated or used
• The issue is caused by incompatible systems or incorrect installation
• The customer changes their mind after delivery
• The product was purchased by mistake
• The product was purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

Before requesting a refund, customers must contact our support team.

We will attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue promptly.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or replacement will be issued.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


Fraud Prevention

Picklo reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

• Suspected abuse or fraudulent activity
• Multiple refund requests from the same customer
• Violation of our Terms of Service
